I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the breakfast options were a bit limited. The hotel's location is fantastic, close to good food spots and a clean room. The price was reasonable, but there should be clearer pricing information at the entrance.
The rooms have such a luxury feel that's missing from some full-service Marriott's, clean, and stylish. Even after turning off the air con, could do with an extra blanket in the wardrobe. The service was amazing, always walking around and checking if we needed anything, pleasant, and very helpful. The location is excellent, close to the airport with prompt and roomy shuttle service, and great surroundings with a pool and hammocks by the lake. The dining experience was excellent, with cooked breakfasts being delicious. The hotel offers a top pick for incredible standards and luxury. I had to use the onsite Crimson cafe or buffet, but the food was well worth it.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and the bed was so comfortable, providing a fantastic night's sleep. However, being directly above the entrance lobby and bar created a noisy echo chamber that made it challenging to rest peacefully. I was fortunate to be upgraded to an Executive King room.
The hotel rooms were very comfortable, especially the beds, but a bit damp and musty smelling. It was inconvenient that the staff allowed a party on the Executive Floor which disrupted my stay.
